Windows down

I spend a lot of time in my car driving from Point A to Point B. Most days I don’t think twice about driving. Unlock car. Place my purse in the passenger seat. Key in the ignition. Buckle seat belt. Lock doors. Reverse and I’m on my way.

Today was different. As I put my car in reverse, I turned the radio up a little louder than normal and opened my sun roof and my driver’s side window. I could feel the warmth from the sun hitting my shoulders and the wind blowing my hair every which way. Today’s weather was exactly what I needed.

  1. I’m so jealous! I’m looking forward to when I can feel the sun’s warmth on my face again! I forget what the sun looks like because it feels like forever since we’ve seen it. Thank you for taking me on your adventure! 🙂

  2. You should look for some inspirational music to put on for those long rides! Wouldn’t it be neat if you could record your voice while driving so you could keep your thoughts on tape?
